I was also an organising committee member of the Webinar. 

2022 – A paper on "History of Social Work Education and Practice in India: Growth and Progress as Academic Discipline" was accepted for presentation at the European Conference for Social Work Research 2022 Conference organised by Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam, Netherlands, held on 6-8 April 2022 but could not attend. 

2021 – A paper titled “Leadership, State and the Politics of Development Policy in India: A study of Odisha” was presented (online) at the 22nd Biennial Conference of International Consortium for Social Development held on 13th-16th July 2021, organised jointly by the University of Johannesburg and International Consortium for Social Development. 

2020 - A paper titled “Deconstructing Inequality in India: Politics of Uneven Distribution of Educational Resources in Odisha” was presented (online) at the South Asia Working Group, YSI Virtual Plenary held on 6-15th November 2020, organised by Young Scholars Initiative, Institute for New Economic Thinking, USA.

2019 – A paper titled “Exploring the Question of ‘Access’ in the Water – Sanitation Nexus in India: A Study of the Swachh Vidyalaya Programme in Odisha", co-authored with Soma Sarkar and Dr Bipin Jojo, was presented in 2nd National Policy Symposium on the theme Water for Sustainable Future: A Policy Perspective held on 13th – 14th December 2019 and organised by School of Rural Development, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur campus, Maharashtra. 

2019 – A paper titled “Deconstructing Inequality in India: Case of Regional Disparities and        State-Society Relationship in Odisha” was selected for presentation at the 8th PhD. Conference on International Development held on 19-20th September 2019, organised by the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex, UK but could not attend due to lack of travel funds. 

2018 - A paper titled “Political Domination, Exclusionary Leadership, and Human Development Disparities in Odisha” was presented in a seminar on “Human Development and Peoples’ Participation in South Asia: Choices, Options, and Way Forward”, organised by the Department of Political Science, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry from 18th-19th December 2018. 

2018 - A paper titled “Risks and Social Security in Rural India: Understanding the Dynamics of Accessing Social Security and Plight of People’s Coping Mechanism” was presented at the 2nd Ireland India Institute Conference 2018, held in Ireland India Institute, Dublin City University, Ireland from 26-27th April 2018.  

2017 - Presented a paper titled “Distress Migration in Balangir District; Understanding the Dynamics of Scheduled Castes households' Migration" was presented at the International Conference on "ODISHA 2036: Society and Politics" organised by the Department of Political Sciences, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack on December 9-10th, 2017. 

2017 - Presented a paper titled “Pedagogical Challenges of PhD level Social Work in non-Social Work Departments: Issue of Professional Standard and Identity in India” was presented at the 5th Indian Social Work Congress (ISWC) 2017, jointly organised by the National Association of Professional Social Workers in India, New Delhi and Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, Kerala from 10th to 12th November 2017.

2017 - Presented a paper titled "Democratisation of Higher-Level Education in India: Lessons to be drawn from Scandinavian Educational Policy" was presented at the third critical edge alliance international conference Higher Education for the 21st Century: Innovations in University-Society Partnerships held at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai from September 19-23, 2017. I was a facilitator for students' workshops to guide the student participants.

2022 - National conference on “Politics of Development and Disparities” was organised on 5-6th December 2022 by the Centre for Social Justice and Governance, TISS, Mumbai as the Conference Co-convener with Prof. Bipin Jojo as the Convener of the conference. 

2022 – Webinar organising committee member of The Research Methodology Colloquiums, School of Social Work at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, anchored by the Centre for Women-Centred Social Work, held on 28th March 2022. Topic: "Feminist Research Methodologies" by Dr Trupti Panchal, Dr. Shewli Kumar and Prof. Anjali Dave and it was moderated by Dr. Sandali Thakur, School of Social Work, TISS, Mumbai.

2022 - Public lecture organising committee members of the Social Work Month Celebration by the School of Social Work Research Scholars Forum, TISS, Mumbai, held on 30th March 2022. The topic of the lecture was "Equipping Social Workers for a New Global Era”, delivered by Prof. PK Shajahan, Dean of Students Affairs, TISS, Mumbai, and the Global Vice President ICSW, with the welcome address by Prof. Bipin Jojo, Dean School of Social Work. It was moderated by Dr. Alex Akhup, Associate Professor, TISS, Mumbai.

Topic: Researching with Children: Approach, Methods, and Techniques by Dr Josephine Antony, which Dr. Mohua Nigudkar, School of Social Work, TISS, Mumbai, moderated.

2021 - Moderated a webinar on “Methodology of the Peripheralised" by the School of Social Work Research Scholars Forum at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, held on 12th November 2021. The speakers were Prof. Alex Akhup and Dr. SR Bodhi, and they delivered the lecture on "Contextualisation-Methodological Issues and Innovation" and "Decolonial Historical Approach".

2020 – Member of the organising committee and the volunteer coordinator for a consultative webinar on the National Council of Social Work (Education and Practice) Bill 2020 organised by the research scholars at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and the speakers were Late Prof. Vimla Nadkarni, Prof. Bipin Jojo, Prof. Mouleshri Vyas, Dr. Sewli Kumar, Mr. Minar Pimple, Late Ms. Anita Pagare, and Mr. Mohd.
